Loving Amalthee Linen Creations

I dont know about you but I adore Linen and love wearing it, the only downside is the fact that it creases and within minutes of sitting down I look a crumpled mess. Still it wont stop me wearing it. I found this site a few weeks ago and picked a few of my favourites. Do you wear Linen? is there a way to stop it creasing? apart from never sitting down....

This gorgeous outfit is a layered off white flax linen gauze top and a linen sarouel skirt with a linen gauze scarf, totally love it.

Loose fitting shangtung silk tunic, mixed linen sarouel skirt, love the headband oh and the necklace, very elegant.
Delicious chocolate brown flax linen tunic with black linen sarouel skirt. Perfect

Loose fit off white flax linen veil tunic and sand beige linen sarouel skirt. Oh no sold out :(

I love all Amalthee creations and have my wishlist to hand

The say Linen is the only fabric which is allowed to wrinkle and be acceptable. These outfits are fantastic and my dream style so I can't wait to check out this lovely site. A perfect choice of clothing for an Eastern trip. M

How extremely gorgeous are all those outfits?! I can't say I've had the pleasure of wearing linen before, but it sounds like it would be super comfy and breathable.

As for wrinkles, I agree with Mary's comment :)

Has anyone actually purchased anything from this vendor? I love their designs, and recently placed an order for an outfit. Almost a month later, and I hadn't received my items, so I contacted them by sending them an email, by sending a message through their website, and by sending them a Facebook message, to which I received no response.

Luckily, I had paid through PayPal, so I filed a claim with them. The money was credited within 30 seconds of my claim.

I looked at their Facebook page again, and notice that there are no reviews posted, and in fact you are not able to post a comment, or even to post to their timeline... is that strange?

Just be careful...

Thanks for the tip of Dania, and no I don't know anyone who has purchased anything from them. I decided I could not afford to splash out as their items are not cheap. So sorry that you had such a bad experience from them, glad you got your money back and shame on them for such lousy service. Yes indeed it is strange that there are no reviews o there page. Perhaps you should leave one for them !

I have placed an order and received it very quickly. The clothing is fabulous as is the jewellery range. Just purchased another few items which will be delivered tomorrow for a family wedding.
My first order was two years ago and items wash so well and they do not date. I still get comments regarding the style details.
I can only say that I had a very positive experience with Amalthee Clothing

I am delighted to hear this news Annie, guess I had best start saving up, and agree the jewelry is fabulous. Hope you have a wonderful day and would love to see you in your outfit if that's possible.

I too have placed a number of orders over the years without issue. Note, at time of placing order they do sometimes advise their next shipment will be in a few weeks time but in general, they ship within a few days. It does seem a slightly unusual company, their styles don’t change much, they are never labelled with the brand name and do not accept comments or reviews but hey-ho, so far so good.

Seems a strange way to run a business but if the goods arrive that's what counts, does seem strange though that they are not labelled. Maybe I will try and order something now that a couple of people have had success. Thanks Liza.

I’m admiring this linen collection. Is there a store in France selling these?
