    I love my homemade quiches. I use a cookie cutter with ripples on the edge, cut puff pastry and put into small muffin tray. Mix eggs, grated cheese, mild english mustard to taste (about 1tspn), a third of a cup of thickened cream. mix together and put in salt and pepper to taste. Put mixture into pastry cups and cook in oven 180 degrees until golden brown. Now you know my special recipe. Yumm My 4 yr old granddaughter took some home to take to school for lunch the next day.
