This is now day three of being one handed and it has made me appreciate that two hands are indeed better than one. Typing one handed is sloooooooooow. I painted three ceilings in one day and got a bit of a crick in my neck, two days later my shoulder just seemed to collapse and I was in agony, quick trip to the doctor and have something which I can barely pronounce (
Supraspinatus tendonitis) and am now trussed up like a turkey and loaded with pain killers, which I am glad to say are doing a great job. The sling is actually very comfortable despite the fact that it looks a bit like a straitjacket. Think I will have to jazz it up a bit with something, but not today!

That's a nasty injury!!!!! Are you having any physio for it, not that your probably in the mood to be pummelled in any way
Rest up as much as you can, then you'll be back crafting in no time
Not yet Pink I have to wear this for a week and then go back to the doctors, if not any better they will x-ray and go from there. No physio as I would just end up screaming as I cant move my arm an inch.. having huge crafting withdrawal symptoms!

OH Boy ! 3 ceilings in one day, what were you thinking girl ? I knew someone who did this and her head fell off now she just keeps banging into everything, (this is a true story - honest !!)

haha you always make me laugh your posts are little nuggets of wisdom xx and as I dont have much shop to lift.... anyhoo its a lot better today so dont think it will take as long as I thought it was going to.
