"Eternal Girl" is the female version
of a term used in mythology to describe a child-like being craving boundless
freedom. It seemed very fitting then for Julia Toussaint to name her shop Eternal Girl as she associates her artwork with the undying need to reach out and
extend her limitations through love and life.
Julia's inspiration came from Henna & Mehndi art, which is derived from Middle
Eastern cultures. She was drawing a lot of henna inspired designs and then decided
to incorporate them into jewelry, and her creations have been evolving ever
since.
She purchased some necklace supplies and began experimenting and in 2012 after about a year of making necklaces as gifts, her friends encouraged her to sell them on-line.
Julia is sponsoring this beautiful Paisley Design Necklace valued at $18 (€13) which features a creative floral Paisley design. Each hand-drawn necklace is created with a unique, henna inspired pattern. In henna tradition, paisleys represent good luck. The image is secured in an antique styled bronze pendant, with a round glass covering and comes with a bronze metal chain, your choice of length. The winner will be chosen by Rafflecopter on the 1st AugustShe purchased some necklace supplies and began experimenting and in 2012 after about a year of making necklaces as gifts, her friends encouraged her to sell them on-line.

Thanks for the intro to Julia's work! I love jewellery with a 'child-like' theme. I am always on the lookout for small jewellers so I can find and purchase more unique items that not everyone will own! I am the same when buying fashions - I hate buying from large retailers because at I will probably see at least 10 others wearing the same outfit in my town!
Thanks Tracy and yes she has some fabulous pieces in her shop, you also have an option to have a customised piece made for you. That alone is great plus a 20% discount running. Good luck
If this giveaway isn't open to Canadians (I totally understand) then I will gift my win to a dear US friend (if allowed).
I'm a huge fan of Eternal Girl (and they know it)!

although i follow no social media, i loved your artwork. line drawings are so difficult, that i know it takes a great deal of talent even though it sounds like something any person should be able to do. beautiful stuff!
