Jessie's Homemade Truffles
Ingredients
20 digestive biscuits crushed (I put mine in a blender)
3 desert spoons of cocoa
10 tbl spoons desiccated coconut ( and a little extra for rolling onto the finished truffles)
Pkt marshmallows (I cut one marshmallow into 4 pieces)
small tin of condensed milk
115g butter
Melt the butter in a large bowl and then add the condensed milk and stir to mix well, then add the cocoa powder, coconut and the crushed biscuits and mix well, this will form a sticky dough. Take a desert spoonful and flatten on your hand, place a marshmallow in the center and then form into a ball, once all done roll each one in the coconut to coat entire truffle. Pop them onto a plate and put into the fridge for roughly an hour till they are chilled. They wont last long that much I can tell you.

Topping out in Style
This lovely shop caught my eye the other day and I just had to share it. For me one of the most memorable keepsakes from a wedding is the cake topper and Alegra from MAVECROCHET designs & creates beautiful little hand crocheted items to make your wedding cake truly special, and a lovely keepsake. You will find love birds, cats, rabbits, hedgehogs and more in a variety of colours. Aren't they just adorable?

Absolutely amazing service and product!! Our lovebirds just came out so cute and exactly what we wanted. Couldn't have asked for anything better. Not to mention compared to many other places I looked the price is very reasonable as well!! Thank you!!
Amazing service and great products! I can't begin to describe how great my experence was with Mavecrochet. Alegra worked very hard to meet my wishes and custom made my two wedding cake topper birds. The result was beyond any expectations and I highly recommend them. The delivery time was no more than 1-2 weeks. Thank you so much!
