Been a busy few weeks with one thing and another, have been working both inside and outside as the weather here has turned cooler and makes working in the garden a pleasure again. So a few random pictures of my week so far, and it's not finished yet. So far this week....

More gorgeous Jacquard woven silk, soft coral colour with smoke blue & oyster colour flower sprigs, the vintage scalloped lace finishes it off beautifully.

Fir tree cones are massed this year
And an old chandelier that was black and sitting doing nothing, so I stripped the wires and
then I painted it a lead grey and added a few solar lights. Looks great at night and OH is going to make me a stand for it. Some day soon I hope.

Oh boy ! Have you been busy this week and what fantastic items you have made, as usual I love them all but the winner so far has got to be the solar light you made, this is nothing short of genius. Go girl ! xx M
Hi Mary and yes the lights are really fun, my girlfriend thought so too and went and bought some to add to her chandelier, have not seen her finished light yet but after charging the lights they lit up and were like something out of a 70s disco as she had not noticed that they were multi coloured... lol xx
